Flavored with extra virgin olive oil and fine sea salt, our focaccia rounds are thick and chewy with a light crust, similar to a deep dish pizza crust. They can be enjoyed simply as is, heated or sliced and filled for sandwiches. This seasonal variety is topped with local roasted tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
