A favorite at the bakery, this pie starts by tossing fresh, locally grown apples with flour, sugar, and cinnamon.  Once piled high into our homemade pie crusts, the apples are treated to a healthy splash of Calvados (apple brandy) and then baked to a delicious golden brown.
