This traditional favorite starts by roasting and pureeing locally sourced fresh pumpkin.  This puree is then creamed with aromatic, autumnal spices including cinnamon, clove, allspice, and ginger.  Once baked in our scratch made butter crust, it becomes the quintessential finish to any holiday feast.
